I wrote a new mod this weekend, and I jst published it. It is called Extended Randomized Bonuses and adds oem extra functions to Fizzer's mod:

1) You can choose how much randomly can be subtracted and how much can be added separately. So only having -1 or +0 for a bonus is possible.

2) For some INSS templates (at the moment only "Landria" and "Biomes of America"), the bonuses that should be altered are hard-coded. This makes randomized bonuses and INSS compatible.

3) The new randomization mode "Timi Random". Each bonus value is set to n-1 or n-2, each with a 50% chance. This overwrites the maximum subtraction/addition per bonus.
