I just want to tweak some of the bonuses and use it with my clan. How do I do that?

There is a setting to change bonus values when creating a game (nothing to do with the map itself) and you are L60 so you must have unlocked it.

When you're creating your own custom settings, it should be under the 'Change Army Settings' section. Click that and scroll down.
