when analyse is called up it should start with the numeric keypad rather than text one

you can type numbers with the normal keyboard as well, this has such a low priority that with a lot of luck it will still happen this decade.

I know it is not a game changer but it might be one line of code that no-one had thought to do and very easy to implement

It already produces a numeric keypad for me. I checked the code and that box is already set to Integer Number so it should work. If you see it not working, please send a screenshot to https://www.warzone.com/ReportBug

It is when doing attack/transfer that is comes up with the alphabetical keyboard

When you click in the number field.
As I say not an award winning change just an incremental improvenent which is how from experience these things often work.
Lots of nudges forwards and sometimes a leap
