Warlight: Evolution 2.0 Late Warm Period (W, E, A) will officially begin on 2.20.20

The deadline for bonus changes and map revisions is 2.18.20

Until then, the game settings for the new game are up for discussion.

I still expect info about changes from the following players:

For the most part just change the bonuses based on the population growing at a normal pace. maybe decrease some of the territories in the mid-west if you need to for balancing reasons. <color=blue><u><link name="b_642">Srinagar</link></u></color> and <color=blue><u><link name="t_756">Kathmandu</link></u></color> both a bonus of 5-6 being the more densely populated and trade-oriented areas in the Mohendrovarsha territory. <color=blue><u><link name="t_604">Shimla</link></u></color> <color=blue><u><link name="t_606">Dehradun</link></u></color> become 2 and stay the same. <color=blue><u><link name="t_755">Dhangadhi</link></u></color> stay the same or decrease by up to 3. <color=blue><u><link name="t_757">Bhutan</link></u></color> and <color=blue><u><link name="t_612">Guwahati</link></u></color> 1 since a small population is there now. (sorry it's not the most specific)

Tiburmo-Trang bonus changes:
Burmese Panhandle - Increase each territory by one, and maybe Naypyitaw by two, as it is the most populated area of Tiburmo-Trang and is where I plan on moving the capital to. The reason for the increase is grneral growth and development plus the Naypyitaw Road which runs down the panhandle. Though it isn't finished, it would be finished right around next game's start.

Tibetan Territories: Decrease the higher areas... they are neglected, poor, and war-torn.

Tirupati, Chennai, Thiruvanathapuram, and Bengalore are given to South India? or if you want some other devision there that's fine too? Kolhapur, Vijaypura, and Mumbai could also be turned into another slot if you wanna split the bonuses further.
