I don't think so, they were banned or a reason! I have seen some terrible behavior of players, and you need to go real crazy before you get a lifetime suspension....
Vote against unbanning anyone. They've brought forward their cases, and proved to be unwilling to learn any lessons.
But then, again, this is Fizzer's party, in his house, and therefore his rules apply. If people are unwilling to follow these rules, it is well within Fizzer's right to send someone away from the party.
