i think we should give placeholder unban

He only existed to spam global chat....

He never played any games, not even SP. He almost never was online, and when he was he was spamming global chat every second until he was timed out.

He is now in the same place as GJK, where he will stay until he creates a new account.

I don't think so, they were banned or a reason! I have seen some terrible behavior of players, and you need to go real crazy before you get a lifetime suspension....
