Honestly, though - I doubt you'll find many people willing to make multiple maps on request. It's much easier (and much more fun!) to just do it yourself.

What a good idea... a place to make requests for mysterious, some believe fake, people to fill them...

Inkscape doesn't require you to really draw (or at least you can get away with a lot of not-drawing).

Regarding that program, I'm too lazy to download it and I decided to use the online program and made a map of Donbass first in photoshop and then in the online editor SVG. went to WZ map editor and...nothing, inserted SVG file, clicked and nothing!

Don't lie, it takes 12+ hours for anything at all decent under 100 territories and 48+ for anything over. Know what you're getting yourself into.

Wait, did you make the contours in photoshop as well? Did you make the entire drawing in Photoshop and then just paste it into an svg? Or did you then redraw it in the svg?

So if you have an image from photoshop, yes, you will need to redraw it in an svg-editor. Sorry.

Also, 99.9% of map makers use Inkscape, so you’ll get better help if you’re using the same tool.

It takes weeks to make a high quality map, even 48 hours is optimistic especially for a beginner.
