I heard that the most passionate players were level 56

And level 56 is the level where leveling up really starts to bog down......

the second statement is true.. don't know about the first one...

once you get to level 60+ , then it is like once a year or twice a year if u play a lot

I am not God, but then again, as far as I know humans created the term weed. There are two definitions I know: one is one of the things people put in cigarettes, the other is a plant that grows where one doesn't want it to grow. In other words, people just call whatever they don't like growing on their property a weed. There is also a figurative meaning, usually being someone or something that's unwanted yet still there.

I swear, adamg5, this thing is beyond belief! My clan, TLA, introduced a faction system which, by normal clan standards, is stupidly complicated (and the clan is now pretty decrepit). But compared to your proposition... Dude - take the advice of people here: DONT start your clan this stupidly complicated! Start with maybe 3-4 ranks, none of the stupid buyapasstohigherrank (because who wants to pay coins for one month of getting to use a title... In a game?). Get a feel for it, then, when you've racked up a few members and if you think you're ready for it, MAYBE introduce some further complications SLOWLY.

To be a flunker, three of these conditions have to be met
You have to have been relegated from a rank at least three times
Been in chat detention more than 10 times
Bought a pass to a rank three times, then get to the rank that you used the passes on
Get to a rank without any star halves earned from the previous rank
Get to a rank after being on the previous rank for over two months
Meeting 60% of these will render you a flunker on the next rank.
