It is, teams can however sign up if they know they will have 7 players before the games begin.

It's worth noting, for the teams that haven't, having a few more than 7 team members is better if possible, just in case people drop out or cannot play some games. Don't stop searching at 7 if you might be able to get a couple more. :)

and also im confused on whether or not the 2 ppl that do the 1v1s also have to be the same ppl that do the 2v2
