look for a tourney called Are there ny british or irish players here and ask the people who aren't already in the team to join your team

If an ex pats team does not come together. And team A suffers from a withdrawal, I'd be happy to help (if it's needed).

NB: I only want to be considered for team 1, and only if the ex pats team doesn't happen and they are in need of a quick stand in.

i dont think that is fair.

I created the team, and i got the players together.

I think i deserve the captaincy because i made and organised the team.

actually anyone could have done that and we deserve to win under right leadership plus it's fair this way it's Democratic and not a dictatorship it's not first come first serve or first to get up to warlight and seize the chance.

i dont have nothing against general arun, but ironheart is right.

The team must feel confortable and the captain must be declared by all the team.
I think your team should be gratefull with you for putting out some effort. I hope it all can done that smoothly.

you should be deciding on your players as a squad, you shouldn't leave it up to the captain to decide who is in which team.

@x if he was a good captain he would have made a game where we all discuss this obviously he wants a dictartorship.

@IronHeart if anyone could have done that why didnt you?. Also you did not have to join the team if you didnt like the captain. I thinik General Arun should stay and if you want you can quit.

meathead am about to make a game where we can sort out the games am not going to quit just because arun claims to be captain and does nothing.

HE has obviously done something he has gathered the players and created the team.

just that and he claim to be "captain" he should have organised the rest like squads tactics and replacements for example regl bobo is on vacation i am currently sorting the problem out and i am only doing it because i just noticed the "captain" hasn't done it even if he doesn't want to do it he should have asked another person to do the rest.

general arun has quit the team making me captain no one so far has objected against my captaincy and nominated themselves for it so for the while i am organizing team British Isle 2.
And GB and Ireland is looking for a replacement for arun ska can you take his place and we are also looking for a substitute incase [Regl]bobo does not return from vacation in time.
