Can I just say that you've got me well off? I don't live in the poohole that is Tregaron.
Closest city is Swansea or Bangor; Swansea by time, Bangor by distance.
If you want town, I prefer to keep that a bit more private.

Also, Tregaron is not a city; more of a village/small town.

If you clicked the link and you were signed into your gmail, the name on your account has been logged. Probably not a good idea to also give him the town you live in unless you want your identity to be known.

Except it's google and the only other party that sees your info is whoever google sells it to.

Yes Google is the host, and also a list of the names of contributors to the google drive is available for anyone to view.

You can't contribute to the map, only I can. Besides, even if I allowed people to contribute, it would be under an anonymous randomly generated username. The only person I'm putting at risk is my self by letting people know what google account I am using.
