Don't know if suggested before, but what is the possibility of a 5 or 6 person FFA Ladder with rankings. Current play of one v one (or one team against one team) rewards strategy and tactics, adding a FFA would add diplomacy and negotiating skills to the ranking. Not sure if the ELO system of rankings is workable here and would probably need to have credit for placement (maybe points +2 for 1st, +1 for second and -1 for last). Just thinking out loud about broadening the ranked skill sets.
