I believe it has to do with the fact that the North American map had a higher rating. As North American map had 3.41 / 5 over 84 ratings, while Skunk940 Representation Map had 3.4 / 5 over 54 ratings. Therefore 3.41 vs the 3.4xxxxxx(its probably something like 3.404 and thus rating lower than the other one).

That would make sense Turbo!

I dont think it's cool to vote for maps with +1000 territories since half the people joining the autogames are new and it's better to give them smaller maps, x<700
