How to win a fight against trolls

In your warlight game sometimes you meet a rude player who talks badly to you

What you do is you blacklist them, you tell them that you blacklisted them and that you cannot read their messages, and you tell them they're an idiot while reminding them that you are not reading their stupid messages

Or you could bl them and not send messages to them...

Saying nothing at all works just as well tbh

The worst thing you can do when dealing with trolls is to feed the trolls so ignore them.
