There is no line between French Somaliland and Mahe. There is no connection between Danish Antilles and British Virgin Islands although there looks like there should be. Great Nicobar and Kandy are not connected (Sri Lanka to Indonesia). Southern China does not connect to French Indochina or parts of Vietnam. Badakhshan is missing connections (Afghanistan). Helmand does not connect to Ghor (Afghanistan).

Then and now, borders are often based along rivers and mountain ranges, rather than just "lines in the sand," so to speak. Finland's border hasn't really changed enough to be noticeable on a map of this scale. I've dealt with the other problems now. I'm going to run a final test game before it goes public, so we don't have worry about the connections too much, as they'll be picked up then.

I tried to make it public, but it was rejected due to some of the territories being too small.

Here're two screenshots from the map. There places, such as the top image, that I know I need to fix, but is the bottom image okay?

1) Make a circle
2) Place the circle over the territory
If your territory is next to other territories, then do step 3 . If not, skip to step 4
3) a) Copy your circle
b) Click the circle, hold down shift and then click the neighboring territories your circle's border overlaps with.
c)Click the Path button in the menu panel, then click "difference". The circle should now be gone, along with a hole in the neighboring territory.
d) Re-paste the circle over the cut-out shape and territory you want to make bigger.
4) a)Click the territory, then hold down the shift button and click the circle
b)Click the Path button in the menu panel, then click "Union"

note: if multiple territories are too small you may end up having to merge a couple together.

Also, not to be rude, but your territorial distributions of America are a little off. But I'm guessing by your picture you are British, which makes sense. I could help you rename and redraw some places.

I used a US state map to do the USA, so I hope there aren't too many that are wrong. Anyway, you can help rename them. Which ones are wrong?

You have much missing links, Orange state in SA doesn't even link with its 3 neighbouring territories

The states aren't exactly wrong, but the way some of them are divided and named are bland and uncommon.

Like for example "Seperated Michigan". But the name for this territory is called 'upper peninsula'. There was never in history spoken of "Seperated Michigan" until today.

EDIT: Oh and why didn't you include 'Macau' a famous Portuguese colony in China?

I can't believe I forgot that, I'll add that in. By the way, I'll change that stuff in Michigan, but I didn't mean it as the official name, rather simply the part of Michigan that was separated from the rest. Even so, the official name would be better so, I'll change it.

If you would still like to know how to draw up and name the USA a bit better, I can help. Other than that, good job. I like how you have the "rebuild the empire" scenario distribution, that would be interesting. I also think it was a good idea the way you made an ocean link to ports for overseas imperial powers.

The oficial names for Bolivia and Venezuela are quite anachronistic, Both plurinational and bolivarian are 21st century names.

Sorry, I replied to this post thinking there was only one page, and zxctycxz hadnt told you about the territory sizing issue. I'm one of the developers. So just ignore this reply, as I don't know how to delete it :D (it is edited)

By the way, I had another go at making it public recently, but it was rejected again, so I'll have to edit some more of the territories to make them the right size.
