I know a lot of us don't like the clan page being sorted by points (should be some other formula), but why are the members within our pages sorted by points too? That doesn't seem logical to me.

Why not sort by how long they have been in that clan? Or let the clan leaders do their own sort?

I agree. Let the clan leader sort it out. In my group, the people are separated into different teams, and when you look at the page, all the teams are all scrambled up together. It's a mess.

Or at least alphabetical sort. I understand Fizzer wants to promote the points system, but sorting clan members by points isn't going to do that, because nobody cares how high they're listed within their clans. Giving clan leaders the option to manually sort members is also an upgrade to the clan system as a whole.

Giving clan leaders the ability to sort sounds awesome :)
