Hi. I have decided to make another map, in continuation with Medieval Britain its gonna be on Scotland this time. Wasn't planning to make another big map but I want to do it, so why not. Its gonna be 400-1000 territories, will likely reach the lower end. Based on the time around Robert the Bruce and the Scottish Wars of independence >> thanks to Outlaw King for sparking my interest.

the map looks good. The name is something different. "Outlaw King" sounds like a name for a movie to me haha

anyway, I've got some neat suggestions-

- an England vs Scotland scenario
- Hadrians wall - a big wall on the english-scottish border that serves as defense and divider between the two kingdoms
- Make way for new states. Scotland or Alba in this time period was heavy decentralised and a lot of clans weren't integrated in the Scottish kingdom, they were largely independent from the rule of the monarch
- show the Norse Kingdom of the Isles on the map

I know nothing about map making. But I saw this post, and I just wanted to say that this looks like its going to be a pretty awesome map.

Not gonna have enough space to include England or Hadrians wall. Although I can add the design and maybe an invasion point, for scenarios like that some Scottish land will become under English control.

Lord of the Isles will be added for sure. And clans are very decentralised don’t worry, I’ve done a lot of research

Bad news, I messed up at some point and what its like now is already 1,870 KB...and only 10% of the map complete :(

I thought Id be able to delete a ton cause I had a hefty layer underneath for the 3D effect but appears to have done nothing. There could be something I cant find that's taking up a lot of space...may have to completely re-draw and start again...luckily I haven't done much and pretty much have the layout already planned
