ARC, I don't think anyone minds you posting in the forums. Perhaps Richard, but he is a crotchety old man and not to be trusted.
The issue people are having is that you are clearly searching 3 MONTHS back into the forums, just to find some old thread that you can say something (ANYTHING) in.
If you had made a comment relevant to the thread's topic, then people might have been merely annoyed. As it was, you said "Hey, look at this shitty and divisive thread! I should slam my fingers on my keyboard, making a completely irrelevant post. My number of posts on the forum is directly related to my worth as a human being!".
