I am a new player, some players are boring to play against as they take 2 to 3 minutes to make a move, is there some tactic to making your opponent bored?

Wait till you find out you can play games that give you 3 days to make your turn

Join games with lower boot times or create games with low boot time. Min boot time is 1 min.

2 to 3 minutes isn't bad. Depending upon how into the game you get, it isn't hard to spend 2-3 minutes trying to gather intelligence and plan your moves.

there are also some more factors, which can delay game play in a RT:
- in a team game players discuss next moves
- player likes to watch replay for better analysing or just like that
- move corrections
- slow flash version
- just individual style of the player

I also play rt games in correlation with doing other things sometimes. (Watching tv for instance)

In those cases you need to make a forum thread and call these players out publicly on their stalling!
