Does anybody know the rules for the coin roulette? I've been on every day, but I haven't had the coin roulette pop up in about a month.

Em, well there are 'rules' but nothing to the effect of not seeing it for a month. (More like, 1 time every 22 hrs, iircc)

If you click on the 'profile icon' then scroll down and look right above change your name, it should tell you what is needed.
For me it says "After your next multiplayer win", which seems to be "after you commit a MD turn or play a RT game from my experience.
I suspect opening a game, where it is not your turn can trigger it as well.

If you are a member, you can turn off the wheel...but since you are not a member...then yeah might want to submit a bug report here

it pops up when you win games once a day, but im sure youve won a game in the past month

Do you have "Pop up coin wheel when avaialble" checked (in mobile app's settings)?

Actually, I have the same problem. Coin wheel never shows up after victory even though all settings are fine. If I go to do it manually, then it says that there is no available ad. It was always the same, except one short period, and I don't know what triggered that. It might be the problem with Google Play Store (for androids) or how these ads work.

I am too lazy to use logcat to track the problem.

Ads are shown by Google and it usually depends on the region you're in. If you are in a country with more internet traffic and advertisers you get ads easily.
For me coin ads show up every time.

Thanks for the answers. I'm getting the coin roulette more now. I wonder if it is because I started to play longer multi-day games. I'm still on every day, I just don't win a game every day.

So it's supposed to be after a win I take it. I just got it randomly, and decided to check my games. Sure enough somebody surrendered.
