A HOI map or even just a world map with a Europe inset for that matter is something this site needs. There are a few other world maps with Europe insets (hell I was making one) whose mapmakers gave up on them, so you would beat everyone else to it. This is a well built
map with a clean design. The only concern I raise is the bonus valuation - bonuses should be less than the number of territories in the bonus, except for highly valuable regions (like Paris or New York for example). This would make scenarios more strategic.
