I just wanted to make this thread to help you guys get to know EACHOTHER and to also get your feet wet a little bit in the forums. I'll tell you right now that you WILL get responses from forum regulars in this thread but here is what I want you to do.

Choose one of three topics

....and then after you've chosen make a post lying your ass off about the subject. This will keep some of the bigger forum sharks off of your back for a minute and you can also get a feel for how charming this place can occasionally be.

Note other forum newbies and do your best to create a sort of alliance with them because these forums can be a little hectic. If me or some of the other kinder souls see you floundering a bit we make come in to help. Remember this forum is PG-13 at best so keep that in mind.

Favorite game? Morrowind for an RPG, red dead redemption 2 in terms of sandbox shooters with saints row 2 being a very close second. I don't really care for other genres though I do enjoy HOI4 and I used to play a lot of Nobunagas ambition: rise to power.

Favorite movie? I have quite a few favorite films so I'll list em off by category

I'm an agnostic leading towards atheism; this is what some would call an 'agnostic atheist' I can't believe in something that I don't know to be correct, I just can't. But I can respect religion esp when their adherents use their religion as a tool to improve themselves and how they treat others.

The U.S is very polarized politically, with some states a bit more blue/red left/right than other states. Some think Trump represents our mindsets, but the reason he got elected was because his opponent was a well known criminal, not because she leaned more left than he did! :0

My favorite multi-player video game is Super Smash Bros Brawl, and favorite singleplayer game is something like Kirby Crystal Shards, or Paper Mario. Those are very nostalgic games and I grew up w/ a Nintendo 64. :P

I think it would be interesting to split the USA into a right leaning/rural/religious country and a left leaning/urban/secular country. Split it up peacefully like Czechoslovakia. Then we can just see what happens.

I don't really like movies and haven't enjoyed them for years.

favorite video game would be World of Tanks but for some weird reason I can't play it anymore. I think I need a faster computer to even load the game.
