This is a level made by Joi179.
So I have came up with a solution for it, but since it would require over one hundred of turns of playing, I think that the solution is pretty stupid.
Anyone that managed to came up with a short solution please beat his level. Otherwise, please prove that a solution shorter than 100 turns is impossible.
My argument is that we can't allow him to take territories in 2 turns by attacks(diplomacy), because the two cards that the AI earn within 1 turn would be enough to continue with taking another territory.
Hence (solution 1) we would lock him in the neutral territories using the army cap, and prevent any of his stack become greater than 3, otherwise we would lose the game. But that implies that either we break their stacks down into 3 and 2, divided stacks in different part of the map, or 3-1-1 territory chain. I haven't came up with the 3-2 yet, but sure it would take two stacks of 6 and 4 to kill it. Or we would need the sanction to produce 20 armies, but that will cost us 100 turns. Same goes with the territory chain.
Otherwise (solution 2) we can try to beat him with initial armies, say using a system of blockades to destroy his army in 1 turn. It might be the solution, but I have not came up with a solution yet. Can one try that solution and win or prove that solution 2 have a flaw or came up with solution 3?
