I can't find where the directory is to create maps? Where is it, i don't really know.

First go here: https://www.warzone.com/EnableMapDevelopment

Then "Design Maps" should pop up as an option under Multiplayer (you have to have Flash enabled) and take you to https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?DesignMaps=1
