1- Above level 45
2- Being active in Discord
3- Experience in ladders with good personal record in 1v1 or 2v2 or 3v3.
4- Able to train our players in different maps
5- No alts are accepted, unless stated.

top 100 ... in 2v2 or 3v3

I think you might wanna reword that requirement. Top 100 in 2v2/3v3 is meaningless- there's 89 teams on the 2v2 and 31 on the 3v3. Top 15-20 for 2v2, maybe, and Top 5 for 3v3 seem more reasonable.

What even are the points of any of the requirements other than 2/4?

I'm pretty sure having a low-leveled alt account without ladder records train you is better than running around with a 38% winrate, and unless you end up with a Monkey-H alt, it's also very likely going to be a friendly person.
