I hope you all had a great time.

The Berlin Open will happen from the 16th-18th February!

Meaning the cost of everything (travel for example) or just the cost of accommodation and food?

Or do you mean the cost for the actual event(venue etc.)? :D

This event is going to cost money. I need a rough estimate what we can spend while negotiating with the venue.

Beware that this is a 3-day event.
The price needs basically cover the venue costs, and if these are covered we can think about food and drinks.
Like a welcome drink, or having lunch together etc.

Venue includes projector, table, chairs, wifi. You cant sleep there.

I was thinking of waiting closer to the date before getting travel tickets, it's in some cases twice as cheep. There are flights from Cardiff to Berlin for only £79 - prices at the moment are £130 for example. Regular prices are around £200 from where I am for just the flight.
