I mean like how you color bonuses. I see general colors like purple and yellow, but there are different variations of that. How do I color it? Also, found an extreme lifesaver. https://klokantech.github.io/roman-empire/#7.25/36.003/38.257

This is a gift from the gods. You can tell how much progress I've made by looking at Syria.

My suggestion would be to put what era they're from on the start of the bonus name. For example Iron Age City of Assur. That way, it will be easy for people making diplos to turn them on and off, to suit the era in which the diplo is set. I doubt people will want to use all of them at the same time.

What do you guys think? Are you hyped?

Oh, yes, I am! This map promises to be absolutely great and fabulous and... outstanding!

And I hope the "sand beaches" along the coast will be made thinner - right now they are preventing the viewer from seeing the picture of the coastlines clearly.

The water movement system is quite promising, by the way!

I'll actually use a bonus system showing the different cities over time, because of places like Constantinople which go on for more than one era. I'll see if I can thin the coastline a bit.

Does it look better now?

What I meant about the coastline is this. Let's take Red Sea region as an example. Precisely - the Gulf of Suez. Right now with the "sand beaches" of current thickness it seems like Moses is crossing it right now - the sea has split in two parts and the Gulf of Suez is divided. There is a small lake in the north separated from the rest of the gulf in the south by a land bridge. It looks like the lands of "Sudr" bonus of Sinai are connected to the lands of "Kalalla" bonus in Eastern Egypt. The 2 "beaches" collide.
The Gulf of Suez is pretty intact though. But the eastern Red Sea gulf - the gulf of Akaba - simply can't be seen at all (for it is thinner and totally consumed by the "beaches").

I was thinking of making the coastline be a light blue, but when I did it it didn't look that great. I understand what you mean, but if I do otherwise the aesthetics of the map would decrease. You could see the coastline anyway when the map gets filled with players.

Emperor plays some other Risk-like game already, so I don't think he'll come over. Not really sure why he chose that one though (WarLight's a lot better in general).
