I agree with Arun. Nothing against RP clans or anything, but the forums have become a pile of shit since a few RP guys started talking. Those guys together with Brain (who took every oppertunity to attack them) caused way to much spam forums that weren`t even fun to read.

True, just because they where the first doesn`t mean the rest is crap. The fact is that they are (or used, I don`t see much of them anymore) better than the most of you. When Miyagi was very active in this clan he even RPed a little on the forums.

It is a few players that ruin it for (mainly) the RP players. Lawlz, Hauptmann and Brain are the main source. You guys like to discuss these things or maybe are just offended real easy. It doesn`t matter cause the three of you are ruining the forums at this point.

I have nothing against any of the RP clans nor against most of their players, but Lawlz, if you keep behaving like this you shouldn`t blame us for thinking you are an immature idiot. Since you are the main player and most obviously present of all of your clan, the rest of us associates your behavior with your whole clan. The hate against your clan is, unfortunatly for you, all to blame on you. I`m sure a lot of your people are nice guys, but you are ruining it for him.

You should have said the second, or at least something that is closer to the second than to the first. It would make you more respected even if you would say the same things, just rephrasing them might do lots of work already.

I can`t judge your RP skills, since I`ve never played with you or any of your clan members. I don`t know how good you are and I don`t care. As long as you have fun it is alright for me.

What I find sad about all this is that many of those who cause the stupid drama are in fact adults.

Guys please understand I am not attacking RP clans. You want to give Fizzer some money, great! Don't expect us to give a shit about them though. I could not care less about these clans: LN, UR4? I have absolutely no idea who they are and I don't intend to find anything out about them as I am not an avid RP player. Thanks to Hauptmann and Min who seem (after a skim read of 4 pages in less than 24 hours :O ) to get it. Yet again we see why these newer players are hated. The reason I seemed to generalise is because these players are the public face of your clan. I am the face of Warlighters. You guys need to grow up. If it helps, treat this forum as you would the UN assembly. Role play here! Act out the part of a respectable representative of an entity addressing the larger community! Because that is exactly what you are.

And listen to Fridge; I pissed a lot of people back in the day (also mainly to do with clans :D ). I like to think now people think of me in a better light :) JSA was very generous in his tbh about me so I think they do :)

Feel free to mail me about this (someone already has). Please please please please stop being annoying though. The forums used to be a place full of productive people coming up with awesome ideas. Let's return to that golden age!

Don't expect that. You aren't what I would define as an RP clan. {Rp} actually designs and makes scenarios in which anyone can play (Spheres of Influence, Zombies, Dreaming of World Domination (BRING THIS BACK MAC!!)). Your clans just play some games together and speak archaic language. Good luck to you, but don't expect prestige.

Took me too long. After a minute loading I gave up. I take it you were acting out a character? SO what?? I have done so many times. What constitutes a quality RP clan is an organisation which creates interesting (and original) scenarios for the wider community to enjoy.

It is still Role-play, Role-play comes in all different types, We cant dictate what role-play is and what it is not as such.
Also I am no longer going to keep posting on the forums, I have had enough of people on these forums... Some are very, very sad.

Maybe i shouldn't post here as much of the talk (if not all of it) doesn't concern me. But just because someone is posting crap (and yes guys it is CRAP the things you are posting) is not a reason to ask for a ban or different forum (there is a word for that CENSORSHIP and we all know what that leads to General). Many of you that are complaining now used to post the same things in different package (i don't remember them but there was that boobs thing, the one with the master race bullshit and so on), so keep the freedom and just don't read what u don't want to read.

I don't understand all the belly aching about what is posted in the forum. I've been a casual forum user for years and any useful information has always been slim to none. Strategy is usually not discused. The forum has always been petty arguments for the most part. That's why I never understand when someone says the forums are being ruined. They've always been shit. The only thing that changes are some of the names. What important thread is getting buried? Why do some people try to dictate what others can post? Finding out about awesome things like the rotating template ladder is the only thing that brings me back to the forums from time to time. I accept that I'll have to scroll past dumbasses and forum snobs to find anything interesting. When you see a thread about a tournament or clan and it dosen't interest you either scroll past or make an ass out of yourself. The choice is yours but don't act like the forum used to be different or that your somehow helping.

Incaman - I can see your point, but you're mixing people up right now.. The guys form those threads are not here..

Blortis - The forums used to be better. A lot better. There have always been alts messing with people and silly threads, but most of them had that witty sense of humor and in most cases added value to it. I'm not saying there was no crap, because there was a lot of it, but at the same time forums in general were much less active, and much more valuable and/or amusing.

Fridge it doesn't matter what the examples were i can post any example current or not, the point is don't CENSOR information as this leads to much darker things (who gets to tell what can and can't be posted and by what criteria does he decide and does he take advice and from whom does he takes this advice and so on). To be honest the moment i see that on this site i'm gone like the wind :D. One more thing the forum was never better, maybe it was better for you because you knew the old guys but it was never better for a casual bystander as my self. The same uninteresting stuff, the same bad humor, the same juvenile expressions just different posters :), There are exceptions of course i was just generalizing.

I disagree. The notorious trolls of the golden age were all very witty except Qadaffi (Furious Lukaz?), Hellbender and Motocross. The other trolls were a great laugh, particularly some of the alts.
