I got suspended after playing this game:

I got cussed out by "King of Warlight". Every offensive thing he said on the chat was under the reasons for suspension on my suspension screen.

I just want to know why I got suspended for something I didn't do. At first, I thought the suspension was a mistake, but when I went on the forums with an alternate account (appropiately named "Alternate Eli" to plead my case, Fizzer suspendwed that account. I then knew that my suspension was no accident.

I suspect that:
a) Fizzer will not reply to this thread.
b) Fizzer will delete?lock this thread.
c) Fizzer will delete above mentioned thread.
d) Fizzer will delete above mentioned game.

All I want to know is my reason for getting suspended.

Who cares? Make a new account, keep things clean, non-issue. You've spent more brain cells worrying about this insignificant thing, dude! You're the only one that cares, and pretty much everyone is going to trust Fizzer to have a good reason to suspend you, and noone is going to demand an explanation from him either, so not only are you barking up the wrong tree - you're barking up the wrong forest!

Well, what would you do if you got cussed out and then suspended for what the other player did.

Make a new account? Come on, is it that hard to set away your pride and just try not to get reported again the next time?

Eli, I barely recall this situation, and don't recall exactly why, but I have you blacklisted, and I don't blacklist for petty reasons. Perhaps there was alternative reasonings.
Idk if I suggested this to you, or if it was another person, but instead of circumventing your suspension, which *never* works to cancel out the original suspension, contact Fizzer privately and discuss the reasoning for the suspension.

in the game you posted, it seemed like the other dude (king of warlight) should have been the guy who get suspended. You didn't do anything wrong. However, Fizzer probably suspended you for other reasons, not because of this game. Check your other games, and see if did anything bad, i definitely don't see the reason for you suspension in this game. I agree with perrin, you should contact Fizzer privately to discuss why you are suspended.

The other thread does say that guy did get suspended, so no worries there. You may have been suspended for another game, as people said. If you truly don't know and have nightmares about it, ask Fizzer. Otherwise, just make a new account and play until the suspension is lifted. It could be a mistake, but unless it's a serious mistake (full ban) there's no need to worry that much.

You should sent him an e-mail, Fizzer doesn't have time to read every single tread, except maybe on the bugs forum.

This Email is a dummy, so that's not a solution.

I remember the original thread. Eli and the other guy (based on their profiles at the time) were suspended within a second of each other, so presumably the cause was from the same game, right? At least, Fizzer decided to suspend them both at the same time.

As for trusting Fizzer to have a good reason, that thread is one of the big reasons why I don't. I mean, this site is Fizzer's little kingdom, and that's fine, he's put a lot of work into it and it's a fun game. But we shouldn't pretend that he's exactly a benevolent ruler.

I mean, look at what happened. Eli was suspended for a month, possibly for cussing but we're not sure, and most who've looked at the game thought he didn't do anything wrong. He probably got booted from any games he was playing at the time. When he made a second account to find out why he was suspended, that one was suspended too. When others, including me, asked in the thread why he was suspended, the thread was shut down without explanation.

I mean, Fizzer can do whatever he wants, it is his site. But the suggestion that we should trust him to have good reasons for what he does... sorry, that doesn't fly. Just doesn't match the available evidence.

(I hesitate to post this, because I don't want to be banned myself. But in the spirit of the SOPA/PIPA protest today, I will.)

I should also add, because of what happened to Eli, I never report anybody, for anything. And maybe that was the point, after all. Fizzer has to deal with all the spurious reports, and it's easier to just suspend everyone who draws attention to themselves.

Eli, going into *any* game, and asking the Admins publicly *-generally via forum-* why they did something, will almost always get ignored.. I see no logical reason to not use a real Email for this game, even if a secondary, and there is no reason you must email him from the email within your profile, although it would make it easier to verify you are you.

Administrative affairs are generally private, bringing them into the public eye *without* first privately asking consideration isn't a good method of getting any results.. the only time something like this -should- be posted in the forum is -after- you have already emailed and attempted to protest the problem properly... If you had done so correctly, the suspension would of likely been revoked within a day or two, with your logical explanations.. having bypassed, and then made several threads, you pretty much ruined your possibility of having your suspension revoked...

To the contrary, going public is often the only way to get matters resolved. How many local news stations have "five on your side" segments where they air someone's grievance with some company or whatever, and so often the company ignored the customer until their problem was aired publicly? How many people have tried and failed to resolve grievances, then took to social media, and suddenly had their problem solved? It's far easier for an admin to ignore private communication than public communication. And with public communication, at the very least, you're letting others know about your struggle. Even if you're still screwed, at least others know you were screwed and can take action to protect themselves.
