I'd love to see a third Darksiders game. We got War and Death, maybe a co-op game with Fury and Strife? I'd pay good money for that shit right there.

As for remakes, I'd really love to see an up-to-date Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire. Dash Rendar was a man's man. He was like Han Solo, but actually good at his job. Alas, his story was in the old canon, but his ship can be seen in the remastered Episode IV and in Star Wars: Rebels. Make SotE. Make Rendar canon again!

Doom 4 needs to be thrown away as it's just a boring gorefest. Doom 2 holds up today since it somehow has better system than games of today. we need more guns, more foes. variety and diversity are the best ways to better games that are already good.

Quake 4 was also a good game, with the best sound effects of any game I've heard, it had a great atmosphere, but it's pretty identifiable as an old game today, and it was too gory.

The new Quake is just an arena shooter, which is ok in it's own right, but I like singeplayer.

Deus Ex (the oldest and the newest games I've played and they both are bad) sucks, but it does have pretty good potential. For the old game, good AI would mostly fix the game; for the new game, the gameplay is just unpolished crap (no toggle aim? wth? this is the default setting in most other games)

I'd be nice to see a true successors to Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. While there was a Command and Conquer 4 it was abysmal shite that abandoned the majority of the major gameplay mechanics of the past games.

Including : no base building , victory decided on points from areas held as apposed to opponent distruction , no real resources collection (in a game in a RTS series!) , Cartoon and uggo out of proportion models , class system ect. Obviously the worse part of this is that the added an awful story to this an made it the conclusion of a quadrillogy instead of an tie in non cannonical game.

Still I'd take a RA4 or Generals 2 alternatively it would be best to leave the tib and RA alone after c&C4 / uprising (actually even dune would be neat but I doubt EA have rights to making a game based on it). Generals certainly has the best scope for a remake having little story and having fairly normalish units. Still I'm sure EA would find a way to ruin that too , I know there was an open beta for a while in 2012-2013 region iirc but it got canned without reasoning.

Back on topic: Almost all of the new Total War games need a remake. The newer ones have fancy graphic and new mechanics, but thats pretty much it. Soundtracks are bad and most of the time minor factions dont have unique units anymore.

A new HOI game would be cool, although i doubt that AI would be any better than its predecessors.

EDIT: Medieval Total War III or Pike and Shot is perfect too.
