Just remove all the false information from "Evolution" textbooks or teach nothing in that area. The later is a better option.

Stop teaching stuff that is only based on one book. I mean other theories are not accepted either if only one person claims it with no support all over.

It has every right to be covered in a World Cultures class when the 5 major religions are the topic. It could also be talked about in various other Social Studies classes, and even a Language/Literature class. It should not, however, be taught. Church communities have their own days to teach about religion, anyway.

It shouldn't be taught. If it should be covered, it should be covered the same way as ancient Aztec, Roman, Greek, Norse etc. myths.
Evolution should be taught, since that's what the evidence supports.

Yes. It should be legal. I don't want my taxes going to provide a defense lawyer for some teacher in Oklahoma for teaching something that 90% of Oklahoma parents want taught to their kids.

Laws cost time and money to enforce. Why spend it on thought policing when we can spend that time and money on things that matters?

You just want to take tax someone else so you don't have to deal with creationists. Just ignore them. That's what normal people do. Damn Continentals can't help but spend their time thought policing schools while their nations fall apart.

How about being anti-indoctrination
I agree it should be taught in myths. I meant in science class, but it breaced the 50 characters limit in the title.

Outlawing teaching creationism as reality is just like outlawing spending science class to tell people Santa Claus made all the elements in a big magic cauldron, or history class telling kids the second world war started when the Fire Nation attacked.

Wow that's a very slippery slope there
Having standards for education not to teach myths as fact has nothing to do with rounding up people.

"Evolution" has very little supporting evidence

That's an absurd statement, like saying the world is flat.
There's extremely strong evidence for evolution, including
1: Vestigal organs in various species
2: DNA sequence comparison - even non-coding parts share increasing amounts of identical sequences in species when they shared a common ancestor more recently. Additionally, they form nested hierarchies when compared. Given the millions of information units in DNA code, this is an extraordinarily strong statistical reason for evolution to be true.
3: Fossil record
4: Plain simple observation - diseases adapting and emerging, bacteria becoming resistant to antibiotics, our banana, livestock and crops being artificially selected to maximize food
5: Ring species
...

There's an infinite number of perspectives.
We know creationism is wrong, so why teach it?

You might as well teach alchemy along with chemistry so 'nobody is indoctrinated' or invisible smurf forces along with gravity. At best it's a waste of time for people who deserve a serious education, at worst it seriously misguides them.
