No because, as we all know, only Mormons do; however, some of them reincarnate into vegetables or animals.
And one of them won 2 seasonals in a row, he'll probably become a glorious eggplant (hopefully soon since he's already a Deadman)

As per philosophy, every living being (except those who have self knowledge) reincarnates (across the 13-14 kinds of worlds). It is just that some don't know it :p
There is a saying: "heaven is often for fools, because many fools use up all their good karma (which expires really fast in heaven due I the great amount of sense pleasures) and then get born back down" :p
