I already added this victory conditions:
-Lost this many territories :
-Owns this many territories :
-Captured this many bonuses :
-Lost this many bonuses :
-Owns this many bonuses :
-Killed this many armies :
-Lost this many armies :
-Owns this many armies :
-Eliminated this many AIs :
-Eliminated this many players :
-Eliminated this many AIs and players :

Which more do you wish yourself for my new mod. It could also be conditions, that require an other mod/communication with an other mod.

End the game after turn X. The player with highest income (or number of armies, territories etc) is the winner.

Is it possible to programme in commanders that basically have 0 armies in them?

And making territories that win the game for you if you get them (victory cities; basically non-moving commanders with 0 armies).

what do you mean with that?

Something like that has been already done with my don't lose a territory mod

hold a specific territory for n turns. that territory starts as neutral, players need to rush to it and see who can control it.

Own a specific set of bonuses, like in original Risk

Control a percentage of global income (40%? 50%?)

Has captured all territories players have started on (for non-scenarios)

Have a specific bonus be assigned mid-game, then take said bonus (starts timed, then you get the goal)

Accumulate a set number of cards (using them delays progress but gives you an advantage, would do for fun mechanics)

That's a basic condition, which can't be disabled(disabling it wouldn't make any sense anyway)

I disagree, disabling it would make sense. Imagine these conditions:

you must get land A by turn 20 to win, otherwise you lose
you have 3 opponents

There must always be one winner and all persons have the same conditions, so that would mean selecting a random winner if no one wins.

It would not even be difficult to "disable" it, but my solution is kind of extemporaneous:
You could give every player a territory you 'cut off' the map by removing all connections.
The player will hold this territory until he loses through another condition.

Example: 'Battle Arena'. Every player owns one territory cut off the main map; Deployment is turned off but every turn a certain amount of troops will transfer/attack from there to another certain territory in the map. You will only lose when this territory (Your Arena Entry) is blocked AND you don't own any other territory in the Arena.

That could also cut if parts of the map, so that is not the best solution.
