A respectable player? maybe to some of you but not to me. I know not of his reputation on this game and on the forums, but what ever you all think about him it may be a false image.

After the fight UnlimtedLawlz and Brain had Lalwz removed him self in order to try to keep respect for CORP. We understood his decision and would accept him back into our ranks as a member if he decided to come back. well he came back and he is no longer a Council member(manger), but simply a member. Being the owner and one of now three Council members (mangers) of CORP i mailed brain trying to understand what was happening between him and my friend and my clan member. this is the mail thread that has been happening this past week.

As you can see he insulted my clan directly even if we had decided not to have Lawlz in our ranks. now i do not know what you all think is a good, fun, and respectable player on war light is, but Brain is not on my list. The remark i made "as a clan member you are a representation of your clan. this being said you have showed me what your clan thinks as a good player and a clans players makes a clan what it is" Can be seen as a direct insult to Brain's clan yet i mean no insult to their clan. My main point i was trying to make is that as a member of whatever clan you are in you represent that clan. Lawlz has anger issues (and is getting better compared to previously) and the members in CORP understand and accept this. we warn him to stay away from the forums and to try to avoid interactions with such players as Brain. We accept lawlz for his mistakes because he has always made up for it. He apologies, steps away from the game, steeped down from leadership, and calms down, he has shown that he is the better man in every situation.

Brain has not shown that he is the better man. he still shoots off insults and acts like everybody cares about who he is and what he is doing. this is probably because he believes Stats are everything in this game, and if you have the best stats you are god and everyone must bend to your will. Well i got news for you Brain. Stats are not everything, because stats mean shit when it comes to interactions between other players. So please mature the hell up and stop acting like you are everything in this game.

Many of you know me and my members and i would hope you do not share the same opinions about CORP and its members as Brain does. We have exceptional members and we are very much a family at heart. we share personal information about ourselves in our forums and we encourage our members to get to know each other more! we are a role playing clan and we believe all of our members are exceptional in their skills as role players. We are not a UN clan shoot off we are our own clan. We try to be kind to all and respectable to all. When one of our members steps out of line we either remove them or they take their own course of punishment on themselves.

I thank you all for reading this long post and i hope you provide comments that are relative to Brain's mistakes. I hope i have set some things strait about CORP.

P.S.- i am usually inactive on the forums (what 3 posts in total) but i will try to stay atop this thread in order to respond to any comments or questions. Thank you.

Well here's my two cents...

It seems Brain is merely telling what he sees as the truth, but because you disagree you take it as an insult. Whether it is the truth or not is a completely different discussion, and I don't know your clan well enough to weigh in. With that said, I think you're taking a bit too much offence from Brain's remarks. If anything, it seems Brain is actually trying to help your clan by pointing out what he believes is wrong with it.

In the end, you can either pay attention to what Brain is saying, and debate on whether or not it is sound advice, or ignore what he's saying and both go your separate ways. There's really no need to convince the other people on Warlight that the other person is at fault unless again, you're looking for advice on how to lead your clan, which I get the feeling is not what you're looking for.

I'm trying to stay away, but nothing brain said sounds like "Respective Criticism".

From what I've heard of other members he has bashed on my clan multiple times. I would love to have ignored this longer but he has showed no sign of letting off the pressure. Brain is not giving advice or trying what so ever to help the situation between him and my members. He disregarded what i was trying to say to him and my reasoning by simply insulting my clan and repeating that he believes lawz should be kicked out.

What i am attempting to do with this thread is to let other members see how disrespectful and stubborn. brain is. I am also trying to clear up what some think about CORP.

Not a clan war. Simply trying to settle a dispute between players by bringing attention to ones mistakes. i obviously stated that i was not trying to offend Brains clan. So if other players see this and read it maybe they will have a talk with brain. or he can come on here him self and speak to me in front of everyone so we can settle this entire dispute.

also this is again a thread to get that bad rep off of CORPs back.

Anyways, Prometheus, you don't know Brain very well. Have you even played a decent amount of games with him?

Really, he can be a bit egotistical at some points, but he is a good player, and he could probably beat all your members at any decent template (my win rate to him is VERY poor, and seeing as most of your members role-play rather than actively seek to get better I don't think you could fare any better).

I have the same problem with UnlimitedLawlz as you have with Brain. Not much experience playing with him, so I don't know his type other than what I see on the forums. I really think that he could be a nice player, but his constant demand for attention, both intentionally and unintentionally is quite annoying.

Brain can be kind of mean on the forums, but he's a good guy if you play with him a lot. (Hey, I complemented you, alright?) So, he's not all that bad. The way you portrayed him is completely off...

Maybe I have CORP all wrong, but to me you guys seem like a good band of people who have been getting a lot of negative attention and comments on the forum (plus I see some of your members acting even worse, so I can't really feel sorry for you guys). That's just my honest opinion, but I think my sentiments can be shared by other people as well.

Please do not blame many for the acts of few (my tagline). You might have had bad experiences with some CORP members but that in no way defines the rest of us in the clan. You can have your opinions on people and such but please do not let other peoples behaviour lead you on to form your opinion about the other members our clan. We (well, at least me) truly do not want trouble with other clans, we seek only to have fun and make friends but when people insult us for no reason it doesn't feel very good. I don't doubt that Brain is a good guy, he probably is if you get to know him as you guys are saying, but I hope he learns to think before he speaks or he will offend a lot more people than just a few warlighters. If Brain doesn't like CORP then it is best we just part ways until we can accept each other for what it is. Please refrain from negative comments about anybody in the future, as my mother used to say... if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all, Thanks.

In response to this i would like to say. we have pretty much adopted a closed doors policy in CORP. We have enough members and are going to focus on strengthening the bonds between our members or a while. so i could care less about more people wanting to join CORP, thank you. also i am not like lawlz. no offense to lawlz but i do not blow up. i have given reasonable and intelligent argument and have kept a calm attitude towards this entire thread. also i would like you to know that when i talk i get responses and answers. i get progress to my over all goal. while when you talk you lose reputation and at times help me in my argument, so please think about what you say before you say it or as Churchill's mom said "don't say anything at all".

Anyways. my problem with him is i seeked him out to settle an issue. i approached him peacefully asking simple questions and when he disagreed with my actions i explained to him why i did what i did. then he attacked my clan. that is my problem with brain. he is disrespectful and at times downright childish.

Now i have no doubt brain is a great competitive player. im sure he could beat me and i have no problem with this. a lesson he needs to learn is that just because you are able to beat a person in a 1v1 does not mean that you are their god. and i am sure he can be a good guy and a respectable guy to his friends. Also i have a question for brain, why do you not show your stats?

also you are right i do not know brain very well. but he has showed off dis likeable aspects of his personality that were simply unneeded.
