Borders are overlapping, which looks incredible ugly. I see you drew every territory seperetly. I suggest drawing the boni first and then cutting the territories from it.

Personally I think the borders are boring as they are only straigth lines, though.

I second cata. furthermore some parts of your map dont appear on my screen. And why is the artwork (flag) bigger than the actual map ?..

i like the concept but it looks quite ugly. mostly because of the borders, they could be more then just straight lines, and they dont even line up properly. check ninjanic's map making tutorial videos for some tips on how to make them look a bit better.
