gg didn't you use to have a 25% boot rate? That's some serious progress in such a short time, I think you should mention that, it'll help your case ;)

And....well....my boot rate is REALLY high. But that is honestly just a lot of ignorance from my noob days, and I do add to it when I'm playing real time diplos on my phone, and I'll set it down and forget about it. But it's been steadily dropping since I was in UN with 32% boot.

Yeah, I'm having trouble, so sure, you're in. I added this to the first post:
