I tried to make a mod public but when I click on the public button, there is written I should set the directory to a GitHub dir, and if I try to change the directory to an GitHub directory it says, that the path doesn't exist on my hard drive. Am I doing something wrong or is that a bug?

Instead of editing adevelopment mod, click new mod. Then uncheck development. Now you can link to GitHub

yes, but if the other way would work, it would be easier, and every time someone creates a mod, a new modid is created(that's no problem, but can irritate)
