In this case, MoD's main has not been active on the RT ladder for weeks. I can't see how the Desi alt is causing a problem or giving any advantage to MoD. (However, I could be overlooking something and want to be the first to know if there's a problem.)
Some high ranked players will take a long main account hiatus from the ladder and occasionally play a few games with alts so that they don't have to worry about losing points on their main. This is beneficial to the community as they are providing ladder traffic and they still give up points from the alts.
