This was a conscious change made by Fizzer a few months ago to shift away from every 20 days.

Good luck with that uservoice.

As opposed to a subconscious change, Pooh? :D

What Pulsey is trying to say, is that it was a bad decision and from the looks of it, there are quite a few players on WL who agree ;]

yeah, no harm in changing your name⁄, doesn't have any negative effects at all, so why not?

Yes but only above high level 40 or 50.

ability to change name every 20 days could be an ability of the first high level that doesn't have any features to unlock...

Or we could make it so you can change your name every 400K points, so you have to work for your name change

400K is too much... especially when u use ad blocker :x

The first problem was that the name change every 5 levels *wasn't cumulative (in other words by level 50, you'd have 10 "name changes" you could use).

The second was that, due to the first problem the number of level-ups necessary for a change change wasn't reduced for players over (for example) level 50.

The third and most important one, was the fact that name changes were altered to fit the point system, restricting ones ability to change their name (Sirius is the best example to date of why this is VERY bad).

Of course, Fizzer has had the same name for years >.>

And so have I (for months, but I'm bound to change it a bit eventually)...

But this is suppose to be an Indie game! Not a corporate dictatorship! *rah, rah, posters, flags, charismatic speeches from X or Gui, etc*

But seriously...change something about it? Level 55 and up are, more or less, stuck with their name for a year unless they start shooting lottery games into their veins and we all know what that does to your stats and WarLight reputation, etc. Might as well join the Illuminati, UN or United States of WarLight now >.>
