Tactical booting normally doesn't make you a good diplomacy player. Remember why I blacklisted you in the first place? Last time, you booted literally over a dozen people, over half of which were still active and asked not to be booted.
But oh yeah, say you're good at diplomacies if you want.

Unrelated, that list is definitely not an accurate representation of the best diplo players, its just the best diplo players who also use the forums.

Blackhawks88, in all honesty. I've never seen him really antagonize anyone, he does his best to be an impartial host, somehow never makes enemies that go after him, and handles most negotiations fairly. Call it being laid back, call it finesse, w/e, but I know most people can say they've had positive experiences playing with him.

Anyone from the clan Creme de la Meme. As Doivid noted above, Blackhawks88. And as was noted before that, Baconbits. Also, why am i not on there? And i would like to nominate FDR, Stroud, The Mighty Jekthammer, and Cuttlas. Not my clanmates but pretty great lads with good diplo setups and playstyle.
