HI EVERYONE.

I have replayed this level dozens of time. Always winning but I can't find out how to get a gold staras the AI always use the diplomacy card at the end and getting me to win with 24 turns instead of 23 to get that star.

does anyone already achieve to finish this level in 23 turns ?

have you tried denying the AI cardpieces by using your diplo-cards?

Technically yes you can. You only get carpieces by conquering territories. Diplo-card prevents attacks between 2 players. So if you can make the AI to not being able to take any territories, they cant get carpieces.

if your enemy has no engine, they can't accelerate towards you! it's obvious! keep them from getting those carpieces!
