Hi

i am in a game and i dont recieve the correct amount of bonusarmies this turn. Instead of 42 armies I get 24 armies (fictional numbers). The digits switched.
Is it a known problem? Someone already had this problem? Can it be fixed?

It is an unheard of bug , perhaps screenshot the game so we can have a better view of what it going on.

Are negative bonuses potentially reducting your income?

Without posting a gamelink we can't say for sure.

But a few things could be possible:
-There are negative boni that you missed. They are reducing your income without you knowing it.
-There is an armycap, reducing the amount of armies you can place this turn
-There are sanction cards. One got played on you and you now have reduced income for one turn.

There are some diplomacy cards played. Can this affect the bonusarmies?
Seems like i recieve 50% of the bonusarmies i should recieve. Are there cards with this property?

Someone played a Sanctions card on you, reducing your income by 50%
