It's great I think at summing up a lot of the basics, if you're looking for deep wisdom then read the book he mentioned. I'm not sure what more you expect from a youtube video...!
He's done it well in his own style, and I think I would use this when trying to explain to normies about basic diplomacy and politics, it explains very well the idea of balancing the wants of those who are in control of power around you, and the need to be aware of rivals and what might cause them to take power from you.
