How to open Inkscape:
1) Download Inkscape.
2) Install Inkscape.
3) Search for inkscape.exe.
4) Click on the first result.
You might need to change your computers file association of SVGs; by default, your computer will probably open any SVG in IE. To change this:
1) Open the Start menu.
2) Click on Control Panel.
3) Click on Programs.
4) Under default program, click on Make a file type always open in a specific program.
5) Scroll down to the .svg extension and click on it.
6) Click on the Change program button.
7) Click on the Browse button.
8) Double click on the Inkscape folder that's located in Program Files.
9) Double click on inkscape.exe.
10) Click on OK.
11) Close the windows that were opened when you were doing the above steps.
