Stronghold fightingOne of the things that I don't at all see enough in WL maps is withinborough warfare; it seems like this could be much cooler if you kind of lay it out each development number into their own fort designs like in Fall of Jerusalem but more kinds.
Can also, make the borough's middle land worthing 2 income instead of one, of its weight; then this design would be for 10 development squares.
How it could be donemany other ways can be done as wellDesigns for lower developments could easily be made.
