Fights on Caliman and Burghiului Mountanins, where have been captured 1 officer and 136 soldiers+1 machinegun. An infantry detachment entred in the town of Odorheiul Secuiesc. Enemy attack have been repeled on Jiu Valley. Artylery duel between the Romanian battery in Zimnicea and the Bulgarian one in Sistov. Fight continue on Dobrogea front.It have been reported that during one of their retreats, the Bulgaro-German troops burned some villages.

Little skirmishes on West front.140 soldiers and 2 machineguns captured. Bulgaro-German troops dug in in some positions on Dobrogea front. Enemy planes bombed the town of Cernavoda,killing 7 people and wounding more,destroyed 3 houses and killed lots of animals.

The Romanian troops are aproaching the town of Vatra Dornei,already assaulting the enemy trenches. Also,the troops are advancing on the Calimanului Mountains.On the rest of the front, only patrool skirmishes. On left flank of Dobrogea front have been reported a big artilery duel.The enemy retreated. Our statistics try to count the enemy loses at Turtucaia.5000 rifles have been gathered from the area of 1 romanian division.

Fights continue in Calimani Mountains.73 prisoniers made and 1 machinegun captured from enemy. Our troops attacked east of Sibiu,succesfully defeating the enemy troops attacked.5 officers and 305 soldiers made prisoniersand 5 machineguns. Enemy attacked repeled in Jiului Valley. A full report on prisoniers : 43 officers and 6836 soldiers. Skirmishes along the Danube. After one attack, 1 officer and 53 prisoniers were made on Dobrogea Front.

Skirmishes alongside the front.Little progress made on Jiului Valley by our troops. 3 new attacks by the Bulgarian troops have been succesfully reppeled. Bucharest have been hit hard by an aerian squadron.Even though 'no military building was hit', a sanatory, a hospital and an orphanage center had been hit, making 60 kills and lots of wounded.2/8 of this casualities were children under 14 . Another raid, this time by a zeppelin, killed another 5 children. Our airplanes,as a revenge, attacked all the enemy trucks seen on their way.

On Calimani and Gheorghiului Mountains, fight is in progress. Violent fights south of Sibiu. On Jiului Valley, the Romanian troops reppeled the German attack and counter-attacked . making them retreat to the north .2 officers and 100 prisoners were made, and 2 machineguns captured. Small artilery skirmishes alongside the Danube. Almost no activity on Dobrogea front. Another aerian attacks over Bucharest and the villages south of it.The zeppelin comed back ,and dropped incendiary bombs. On Toplita, first report of an enemy plane shot down by our artilery.

29 September: Following the unexpected powerful attack of Bulgarian, German and and Austrian armies in South Dobrogea/Dobrudja, the Romanian Crown Council decided to transfer some 150.000 to the Danube, reinforcing Alexandru Averescu's Third Army by 15 divisions, thus forming the South Army Group. This marks the beggining of Flămândă ofensive, a strategic plan to cut off the combined Central Powers Army in Dobrogea
1 October: Two Romanian divisions crossed the Danube and build a bridgehead 14 km wide and 4 km deep. This Day marks the beggining of a storm which inflicted some damage on the bridge.
2 October: Romanian capture 8 Bulgarian settlements South of Danube, expanding the bridgehead. The Austro-Hungarian Navy's Danube Flottilla arrived with the patrol boats Barsch and Viza, the former being damaged by artillery shells, losing its steering and 3 of its crew members.
3 October: The 2 patrol boats were withdrawn from the battlefield and replaced by the river monitors Bodrog and Koros. Both were hit multiple times by our troops. Due to the deteriorating situation on Transilvania, the general decided to retreat the troops Back on the North shore of the Danube. The Army repaired the bridge dmaged by storm.
4 October: The Two enemy river monitors retreated after seeing the marine reinforcemnts composed of four river monitors. The Army blew up on its retreat Two Austro-Hungarian barges.
