Its only theft when you stop using government services. Don't use any government services including emergency services. Don't drive on public roads, don't go to any public buildings and use any of their services. I could go on and on but you get the point.

They own all of that and bought it with stolen money, while keeping other folk from competing with it, there's no alternative, so no, it's still theft, as there is no way to opt out of it. You cannot stop paying taxes even if you do forgo all the monopolized services too. And no, leaving is not a alternative, all of the world is operated by the mafias, exiting their zones is highly regulated, and the US even taxes you if you're not in country too. And no, current Somalia is not a non-controlled zone, it has many states involved in it, like the US, AU countries, Somililand, Mogadishu, and Al-Qaeda.

Tsh, why don't you uphold no free exchange at all if the government is so great? Don't buy food from folk unless they're apart of the government. I understand that's be hard, but a good starting point is getting on welfare, so you should try that. If you feel overt welfare is too much, get working welfare, and be a soldier or some other welfare whore. Also no products provided by the market, and government housing is of course a must. Do this and you're on your way to being entirely government dependent.
