He does want to put more soldiers in Syria, but that'll take months, and it's entirely possible ISIS will be mostly defeated by the time it's feasible. So his killings will be most likely, equal to Clinton in Daesh. Now, Clinton wants to do more than just defeat ISIS; she wants to overthrow Assad, and that'll kill tens of thousands if not millions, and that's not even counting the resulting world war.
