though not big in the war, siam/thailand was indeed a combatant of ww1 and shouldnt be kept neutral. maybe give them smaller bonuses to balance out, but they shouldnt be entirely neutral

@ Cheesus Crust: You mean in Australia? I would gladly divide Australia even more, just find me appropriate names for the time period and i will divide it more. Tribal lands already have quite reduced bonus values so they do not get op. ;) What do you mean by polish territory borders? Can you give me an example? I will do super bonuses once the map is near completion and i have place left where i can put the super bonus box with empire flags.
@ Greezantium: I know, but i had to make sacrifices otherwise i would overreach the max territory count. USA is included with Philippines and Guam, you can adjust that bonus to power up the US if you want.

@buggy: I am glad you noticed. ;) It was on purpose, it is the same with Rome, Paris, London, Berlin and will be with Petrograd and Wien. Every Great Power capital gives 3 armies a turn. I will give a hint somewhere near the super-bonus boxes.

- Fixed the Baltic names - Albania is a failed state and does not deserve a bonus ;) - Damn, i forgot Macau :( - Changed the bonus value for Siberian, Australian and Oceania bonuses
