I'm so sick of these people who've never set foot on a battlefield, and probably never been shot at, thinking they're so high and mighty for spitting on law enforcement and demonizing them.
I support the concept of watch, but not of army. Half of it today (on the bigger team, of course) is just dropping bombs and airstrikes, footsoldiers are rarer. These folk, they sign up to kill folk. They may have been psychologically misguided and messed up, and so are serial killers. Why should they be dealt with any differently from serial killers, though, since they essentially do the same (those signed up for battle roles, anyway).
The watch, on the other hand, takes killing folk usually (and officially) as a last resort, and usually to save lives.
